Environmental Architecture Engineering, affiliated with the Faculty of Engineering, was established in 2019 within the University of Rojava in the city of Hasakah.

Objective:

The aim of opening Environmental Architecture Engineering is to prepare a cadre of architectural graduates according to scientific rules that enable them to practice the architectural profession in architectural and urban design, in planning cities, internal and external spaces, and preserving heritage and antiquities according to scientific rules and methods. In addition to promoting ethical and national concepts related to the nation's heritage and its intellectual and societal specificity and promoting this heritage in the field of practice.

Teaching System:

The teaching system in Environmental Architecture Engineering is the semester system, as it includes 10 semesters distributed over 5 years.

A graduate of Environmental Architecture Engineering has many and varied job opportunities in its fields to a large extent, and they are within the private or public sector, and we will mention the most common job opportunities, which are:

1.     Site designer and engineer.

2.     Design and coordination of cities and complexes.

3.     Construction control, coordinator and project planner.
